You own your data. In KNIT you may request your account and data to be deleted using one of the following two methods:
1. In the app, go to Profile → Help → Delete account to have
all your data and your account removed from KNIT. Note: This may take a few minutes and if you log back in before the deletion is complete, you will still see your data. This is normal.
2. Send an email to
hei@knitapp.io to request deletion of either
all your data, or
all your data and your account.
